METHOD
Heat oil in a pan.
Add garlic and saute for one mins.
Add onion and cook till transparent.
Add boiled rajma / red kidney beans and mix well.
Add tomato sauce,Everest rajma masala and salt and mix well.
Now stuffing is ready.
Make two chapatis.
Stuff the filling on the chapatis
Add cottage cheese/paneer,cheese,sliced onion and coriander leaves.
Wrap up the chapatis.
Cut into two pieces.
Serve with ketchup.
